This Privacy Policy applies when you visit Cashbus.io, use any Cashbus mobile application, create an account, complete identity verification procedures, use wallet services, deposit digital assets, convert digital assets into fiat currency, apply for or use payment cards, access account services, contact customer support, participate in promotions, campaigns, surveys, or events, or receive marketing communications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services that may be linked from Cashbus services.

Cashbus services are intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering binding agreements. Cashbus does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that personal data belonging to a minor has been collected, we may take steps to delete such information.

9. AML and Financial Crime Compliance

Cashbus maintains a risk-based compliance program. We may conduct identity verification, ongoing monitoring, transaction monitoring, source of funds verification, source of wealth verification, fraud screening, sanctions screening, and adverse media screening. Cashbus may delay, restrict, freeze, reject, or terminate access to services where required by law, regulation, compliance requirements, risk considerations, or internal policies.

10. Data Sharing

Cashbus may share personal data with regulated financial institutions, payment service providers, banking partners, digital asset service providers, compliance providers, technology service providers, professional advisors, auditors, legal advisors, regulators, courts, and law enforcement authorities. We do not sell your personal data.

11. International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred and processed in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, Cashbus will implement appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses, Adequacy Decisions, and other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
